We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a deep understanding of core banking systems and a proven track record in leading large-scale banking transformations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative banking solutions that meet the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure that our core banking transformation projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Lead the design and architecture of core banking transformation solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Develop end-to-end architectural blueprints, including integration with existing systems, data flow, and technology stack.
• Spearhead the transformation of legacy core systems to modern, scalable, and agile platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
• Prepare and present architectural solutions, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, decisions, and project artifacts.

• Experience in IT architecture with focus on core banking systems and transformations.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, experience in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, C#, or Python is considered an advantage.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
