• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Participate in the development and testing phases of projects to ensure solutions are implemented as per the requirements.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, including automation and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Experience in modeling language used in software engineering to visualize, specify, construct, and document the artifacts of a software system (UML and Enterprise Architect).
• Understanding of web services principles (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL, XSD, OpenAPI) and knowledge of basic integration patterns.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the banking industry, such as GDPR for data protection, PSD2 for payment services and payment service providers, AML for anti-money laundering, etc.
• Proficiency in the English language (minimum level B2).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills, attention to detail and client-focused approach.
