Job description

  • Administrative and organizational support for the team and ongoing projects.
  • Organizing and coordinating regular meetings, events and client appointments.
  • Contributing to the creation of internal and external communications – for professional social networks, websites or presentations.
  • Administering the team intranet and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Arranging business trips and handling reservations.
  • Managing documentation, orders, invoices and preparing reports.
  • Supporting business activities and communication across the company.

Required qualifications

  • At least a secondary education.
  • A positive attitude toward administrative work and good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A friendly and professional approach, attention to detail, independence and reliability.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
